Meet Our Women’s Fitness & Yoga Expert – Yashi Tiwari
At Studio FIT India, we are proud to introduce Yashi Tiwari, a passionate and certified Women’s Fitness & Weight Loss Yoga Instructor with over 4 years of teaching experience.
Originally from Rishikesh, Uttarakhand — the Yoga Capital of the World — Yashi brings authentic yogic knowledge blended with modern fitness techniques to every session. She holds prestigious certifications including 200 Hours Teacher Training, 500 Hours RYT, and ACE (American Council of Exercise).
Yashi specializes in women’s fitness, weight loss programs, pranayama, meditation, Danda Yoga, and strength-based yoga workouts. Her sessions are thoughtfully designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and create inner balance through mindful and structured movement.
Her approach combines traditional yoga practices with result-driven fitness methods, ensuring physical transformation along with mental clarity and emotional well-being. She strongly believes in guiding members toward a disciplined, sustainable, and healthy lifestyle through consistency and self-awareness.
